seal

Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel took us on a vision quest with his mystical dance music and showed us that we're never gonna survive unless we get a little crazy. Trevor Horn produced the album, which was released in two versions. The first one was a rushed 'pre-mix' to satisfy demand for new material in the wake of the success of his single with Adamski. The second, more common version came about because Horn, as Seal puts it, "couldn't let go." Seal wrote or co-wrote all of the songs. The soulful and slick album debuted at number one on the British charts.

"In a world full of people there's only some want to fly,

'Future Love Paradise' was a top ten hit in Ireland and the Netherlands.

"All the queens will gather round
Spreading love and unity so it can be found
Well then all the riders say it's all to do with drugs
Well inject me
With your love"

'Violet' was also written by Seal and Sigsworth

"Suddenly
You and I will wait
In your dreams
Tonight night
We'll finally change"
