'Get It On' spent four weeks at number one in the UK. In the US, it was renamed "Bang a Gong (Get It On)" to avoid confusion with the song by Chase. The song was their only top forty hit in America, reaching number ten.

'Jeepster' was released as a single by Fly Records without Bolan's permission; which led to him leaving for EMI. It went to number two in the UK.
